Currently an E-Commerce Copywriter at DSG International (The Dixons Stores Group), I have proven editorial experience in the creation of compelling and credible product descriptions for the Dixons, PC World and Currys websites.

Search engine optimization copywriting (SEO) is another area I am responsible for, requiring the research of keywords in Google and incorporating them into my copy. I enjoy the challenge of social media copywriting, from producing links for Twitter to uploading news articles, targeting potential customers for Currys, PC World and Dixons.

Over the past few months I have written twelve 300-word SEO articles for the National Express Coaches website for destinations including Leeds, Birmingham and Bristol.

I am also a Presenter at a voluntary Internet radio station, Oxygen Radio, www.oxygenradio.co.uk, Mon - Thurs, 10p.m. until Midnight. I produce the scripts for this and also voice-track links using home recording equipment. I also have a live show at Hemel Hospital Radio, 1350AM, Thursdays, 7p.m. until 8:30p.m that I produce, and host every week.

I took a sabbatical in June 2008 and during a three-month trip around Southeast Asia in, I was moved by the poverty I witnessed in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. As a result, I produced a 30-minute film ‘Culture Shock,’ which documents my travel and focuses on the divide between the haves and have nots.
